No copying, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorization. Unauthorized commercial use, resale, or partnership use of the DiaNorth name or logo is prohibited. Automated data collection (bots, scraping) and unauthorized access are also prohibited. DiaNorth complies with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). Information collected: name, email, shipping address, order history. Used only for order processing, support, and service improvement. We never sell your information to third parties. Card data is never collected or stored — payments are processed securely through internationally compliant services such as KOMOJU and Stripe. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for your information (GDPR/CCPA compliant).

Refunds are not standard. They are considered only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part in order processing. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return-related costs are the customer's responsibility, or will be deducted from the refund amount.

DiaNorth Original products: limited 7-day warranty from delivery (manufacturing defects only). Overseas partner brands / imported items: follow each manufacturer's warranty. DiaNorth acts as an intermediary to support communication with the supplier.

We use cookies for core functionality (login, cart persistence), analytics, and improvement. Four types: essential / performance / functional / advertising (consent-based only). You can choose on first visit, and change your settings anytime via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

DiaNorth Direct chat is for guidance only. Use it for product questions, delivery timing, and pre-purchase questions. Orders, payments, returns, and exchanges must be handled through the official pages on the site. Available during business hours (Japan time), weekdays. We will never ask for your password or card information.

Personal information is protected and managed under APPI. We implement technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, leaks, and tampering. In the event of a major incident, we will notify the Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC) and affected customers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders showing signs of fraud or suspicious activity. Any use of DiaNorth's brand elements requires explicit written permission.

Supplier-direct-ship items may not have undergone DiaNorth's final inspection. Minor discrepancies (size ±2cm, etc.) may be excluded from claims, but legal liability for defects still applies. Contact us within 48 hours to change or cancel an order.
