Order Changes & Cancellations For changes or cancellations after ordering, please contact DiaNorth Direct as soon as possible. Products typically begin shipping preparation within 48 hours of order confirmation. After shipping, changes and cancellations cannot be accepted due to the logistics process. For overseas orders: Without obtaining a quote in advance and receiving formal approval, changes and cancellations are generally not accepted. Price differences or losses due to exchange rate fluctuations, customs duties, import taxes, and shipping conditions are entirely the customer's responsibility. 3. Returns & Exchanges for Limited, Custom & Import Products Made-to-order, customized, and limited edition items cannot be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. If the product differs from the conditions defined at the time of purchase (model, size, color, technical specifications, etc.), returns and exchanges will be accepted. DiaNorth will cover return/exchange shipping costs only when manufacturing defects are confirmed at the time of shipping. 4. Upon Receipt of Products If there is packaging damage, obvious damage, or signs of damage during transport, please refuse the delivery and report to the carrier immediately. Damage after receipt is the customer's responsibility, both domestic and overseas. For overseas shipping, DiaNorth is not responsible for damage or loss during transport. 5. Transparent & Fair Practice DiaNorth guarantees clear and fair transactions for all customers, domestic and international. Domestic market: Listed price is the final price Overseas market: Advance quote required, additional costs are the customer's responsibility Returns & Exchanges Policy for Third-Party Products, Imported Items, and Dropshipping Products DiaNorth handles not only its own brand products but also imported items, other brand products, and dropshipping products shipped directly from suppliers. For these products, special return and exchange conditions apply in accordance with Japanese law and our transparency principles. 1. Regarding Uninspected Products Products without DiaNorth's brand mark that are shipped directly from suppliers or wholesalers have not undergone quality control, packaging, or final inspection by DiaNorth. We act only as a sales intermediary, and our warranty for these products is limited. 2. Absence of Warranty and Liability (Revised) DiaNorth is generally not responsible for the durability, condition, or conformity to specifications of imported or third-party products. Minor differences that do not affect use or function, slight differences in color or size (e.g., clothing size ±2cm), are handled under DiaNorth's return/exchange policy. However, this does not exempt us from liability for legal defects (warranty). Specific examples include: ・ Small scratches, stains, or finish differences ・ Packaging damage, dents, or signs of opening during shipping or customs inspection ・ Missing parts, tags, or instruction manuals ・ Absence of factory plastic seals We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 3. Order Cancellations and Changes Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation. After this period, the product may be in shipping preparation or in transit, making cancellations or changes impossible.
