DiaNorth handles, in addition to its own branded products, a selection of imported items, third-party brand products, and dropshipping goods shipped directly from suppliers. These items follow special return and exchange conditions based on Japanese law and DiaNorth’s commitment to transparency.
1. UNINSPECTED ITEMS
Products that do not carry the DiaNorth brand mark and are shipped directly from suppliers or wholesalers are not inspected, packaged, or quality-checked by DiaNorth. We act solely as a sales intermediary, and the warranty regarding these products is limited.
2. NO WARRANTY AND LIMITED LIABILITY (REVISED)
DiaNorth does not take responsibility for the durability, condition, or suitability of imported or third-party items.
Minor differences that do not affect the use or function, such as slight variations in color or size (e.g., ±2cm in clothing size), are handled under DiaNorth’s Return & Exchange Policy. However, this does not exempt us from liability concerning legal defects (Kashi under Japanese law). We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
