The immutable cycle of the sun and moon is a force of nature. Yet, humans, who were not designed to fly, have overcome the seemingly impossible, traveling to the moon and sending probes to approach the sun. This philosophy of overcoming challenges is at the very core of who we are at DiaNorth. We don't want our website to be a barrier for anyone. In this post, we'll share why our commitment to accessibility is not just a technical obligation but a core part of our company's philosophy.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

For us, accessibility is a philosophy, not a necessity. We believe our website should be easy to use and accessible for every user. As a testament to this belief, we recently adapted our sign-up form to meet accessibility requirements. While this meant changing the original layout, the result was a significant win: we saw a steady increase in traffic and were able to welcome more users to our community.

Our belief is that everyone has the right to access information. We are especially focused on those with visual or hearing impairments, and we provide features like screen reader compatibility and high-contrast color schemes with special fonts.

A Journey of Continuous Improvement

Improving accessibility is not a one-time process; it requires constant effort. We are on a journey of continuous improvement. Using tools from Wix and SEO, we are constantly identifying and fixing issues. We understand that this process takes time and expertise, but our dedication remains unwavering.

We highly value user feedback. Your input is the driving force behind our improvements, and we could not provide a better service without your help. We are always seeking your opinions to help us build a better experience together.

A Call to the Future

DiaNorth reaffirms its unwavering commitment to improving accessibility. This is a journey we cannot complete alone. We invite you to share your feedback on our website's accessibility. Together, let's continue this journey and build a better future for everyone.
